01Acceptance
By using this website, participating in our activities, or joining as a member or volunteer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or take part in our activities.
02About the Association
Udruga Za Promicanje Zdravog Življenja Biti Fit is a registered non-profit association in Croatia (OIB 74284818910). All activities are organised in pursuit of our statutory, non-commercial purpose.

Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes. Text, images and materials are the property of the Association or used with permission and may not be reproduced commercially without written consent.
04Health disclaimer
Our programmes provide general fitness, nutrition and wellbeing education. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Participants should consult a physician before starting any new physical activity, particularly if they have an existing medical condition.
05Participation in activities
Participants take part voluntarily and at their own risk, must follow the instructions of trainers and coordinators, and must disclose any relevant medical condition before an activity. Minors require the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
06Conduct
We expect respectful, inclusive and safe behaviour at every activity. The Association may exclude any person whose conduct endangers or harasses others.
07Cancellation
Activities may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather, safety, or insufficient registrations. Where a fee was charged, it will be refunded or credited to a future activity.
08Donations
Donations support our statutory activities and are, as a rule, non-refundable. Donors may request information on how funds were applied.
09Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Association is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Croatian law.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
