Board of Directors
The association is governed by an elected Board that serves voluntarily and without remuneration. The Assembly of members elects the Board and approves the annual programme and financial report.

Non-profit financial transparency statement
Udruga Za Promicanje Zdravog Življenja Biti Fit operates on a strictly non-profit basis. No part of our income is distributed to members, board members, or third parties as profit, dividend, or private benefit.
All revenue — membership fees, donations, grants, and project funding — is applied exclusively to the delivery of the statutory activities described on this site. Board positions are voluntary and unremunerated.
Accounts are maintained in accordance with the Croatian Act on Financial Operations and Accounting of Non-Profit Organisations. Annual financial statements are submitted to the competent authorities and are available to members and donors upon written request.
