01Our commitment
Udruga Za Promicanje Zdravog Življenja Biti Fit guarantees equal opportunity and equal access to all of its programmes, activities, employment and volunteering opportunities. No person will be excluded from participation, denied benefits, or otherwise subjected to discrimination.
02Protected grounds
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, skin colour, national or social origin, language, religion or belief, political opinion, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital or family status, pregnancy, disability or health status, education, property, or any other personal characteristic.
03Accessibility
Activities are planned so that people of all fitness levels and abilities can take part. Where a venue or exercise needs adaptation, we adapt it. Participants may request accommodation in advance at any time, at no cost.
04Affordability
Programmes are offered free of charge or at the lowest sustainable cost. No one is turned away from a core programme because of an inability to pay.
05Reporting
Anyone who believes they have experienced or witnessed discrimination may report it confidentially to the Board at info@healthylivingcroatia.org or by telephone at +385923672496. Reports are reviewed promptly, treated confidentially, and are free from retaliation.
06Accountability
This policy applies to board members, staff, trainers, volunteers, partners and participants. Breaches may result in exclusion from Association activities.
